Back to: How to Write a Show-Stopping Business Plan Step-by-Step
Who is this course intended for?
-
We based this course on the needs of the clients Community Futures serves: small rural business start-ups and expansions. These are the men and women who historically do not have as much access to the small business support that is available in larger cities. However, we have found that it has been used by multiple small businesses who all have the same need, to create a solid and compelling business case, but don’t know where to start.
- Individuals who have a great idea for a small business, but don’t know where to start putting their idea down on paper or testing it out.
- Existing small business owners who are looking to expand and want to test the validity of that expansion.
- Small businesses looking for bank or grant financing for the first time and have been asked to provide a Business Plan before they will be considered.
- Business owners looking for partners or investors, and need to supplement their own passion and vision with an organised business document.
To that end, this course works best for:
It also supports those business owners who have worked mainly in the operational side of their business, but now need to take a step back for a more bird’s eye view of how it is performing and where it is going.
