Planning for Success

    1. . Each of these three components help us move our business idea forward. In the second,

Your Operations Plan

    1. , we’ll be looking at how your business is going to be structured and also reviewing the formal responsibilities of a business owner. In this component we’ll be answering the key questions:
      1. What is my business type?
      2. What personnel will I need?
      3. What facilities and equipment do I need?
      4. What formal permissions are required?
      5. What will my operations costs be?
    2. By answering these questions, you’ll be able to put additional clarity around the type of business you will be operating and fill in the details that a reader may need to know. It will also demonstrate you understand your obligations as a business owner. We’ll take one question at a time over the next four activities.
